What To Know For Rec Classes
1. What should my child wear?
Gymnasts should wear a leotard or comfortable athletic clothing that allows for safe and easy movement.
2. Where do they go when they arrive?
Please enter through the main entrance and proceed to the rec gym on the right. Coaches will call athletes from the rec gym waiting area when classes begin.
3. Should they wear socks or shoes?
All shoes and socks will need to be removed and left with a parent/guardian or stored in the cubbies along with their personal belongings.
4. Can my child bring a water bottle?
Yes! Water bottles are encouraged and may be kept with you or stored in the cubbies during class.
5. Where do parents wait?
Parents are welcome to sit in the designated waiting area for the rec gym during class time.

Gymnastics Classes
This 30-minute class is specially designed for 2-year-old boys & girls as an introduction to movement and gymnastics fundamentals. Through fun and age-appropriate activities, toddlers will begin developing balance and agility, body awareness and coordination, and foundational physical strength. The class also encourages early social interaction and helps young children build confidence and independence as they participate without direct parent involvement—all in a safe, supportive, and playful environment.
This 45-minute class introduces 3-year-old boys & girls to the fundamentals of gymnastics through fun, age-appropriate instruction on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more! Coaches focus on developing body awareness, coordination, and basic motor skills while encouraging independence from caregivers. Students will also begin learning important social concepts such as turn-taking, listening, and following directions in a supportive and playful environment.
This 45-minute class is designed for 4-year-old boys & girls ready to take their movement skills to the next level. Gymnasts will build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning beginner gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more. Coaches place an emphasis on coachability, following multi-step directions, and positive peer interaction—including manners, teamwork, and turn-taking—to help prepare students for success in both gymnastics and group settings.
This 55 minute class is perfect for 5-year-old girls beginning their gymnastics journey! Young athletes will be introduced to fundamental skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more in a playful and positive setting. Coaches focus on building balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength while encouraging listening, confidence, and having fun. No experience is needed—just a willingness to move and try new things!
This 55 minute is designed for 6-year-old girls who are ready to dive into foundational gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more. With a focus on strength, flexibility, body control, and coordination, students will develop both physical abilities and coachability. The class promotes independence, effort, and a love for learning new skills—no prior gymnastics experience required!
If you are currently in a beginner or intermediate gymnastics class looking to improve your pullover on Bars, this is a great add-on class for you. This add-on class is designed for your athlete to have a dedicated 30 minutes with a coach to work on the strength and form associated with the pullover on bars.
If you are currently in a recreational gymnastics class wanting to add some focus to your Handstand and Cartwheel technique, this would be a great add on class for you. This 30 minute add on class allows for you to improve on the form and improvement needed to master your handstand and cartwheels.
This is a 1 hour class designed to continue the development of skills mastered in the beginner gymnastics class on vault, bars, beam, floor and more. Building upon previously attained skills, children will be taught techniques and terminology to further develop skills. Coaches will also focus on developing confidence and building strength and stamina in intermediate athletes. Students must be evaluated or invited from a beginner gymnastics class to join this class.
This 1.5-hour class is designed for gymnasts who have progressed from our Intermediate level and are preparing for the transition to Pre-Team. Athletes will focus on refining technique, building strength and endurance, and mastering more advanced skills across all apparatuses. With an emphasis on discipline, goal-setting, and mental focus, this class not only develops physical ability but also fosters a deeper passion for the sport. Our coaches aim to inspire confidence and dedication as gymnasts take the next big step in their training journey.
- 1 day pre-team– 1.5 hours class, ages 4-7 year olds
- 2 day pre-team– 3 hours, split into two days per week, ages 6+ years old
- This is an advanced gymnastics class for athletes that show potential to compete in gymnastics competitively in the future. These athletes have a desire to take their gymnastics skills to the next level and work towards the goal of moving up to the competitive team. Pre-team class has limited spots annually. Ways to become a member of pre-team, a coach can recommend a move up to pre-team, and evaluation can be requested through the front desk.
Adult Open Gym (1.5 hours)
Our Adult Open Gym offers a welcoming environment for adults 18+ of all skill levels to work on tumbling, or any other gymnastic skills. Whether you're a former cheerleader, gymnast, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, this open gym is a great place to practice at your own pace. Coaches are on hand to assist, spot, and provide tips, but the atmosphere is relaxed and self-directed.
This is a 30 minute class designed for Mom and Child (dad, nanny, grandparent, etc) to partake in a semi structured, coach led gymnastics class. If your child is walking-3years this is an amazing class to focus on socialization, gross motor skills, balance, and coordination with the introduction to gymnastics skills. This is a hands-on parent/guardian involvement that will aid the growth, bond, and development for you and your child.
This is a 60 minute class designed for dancers. In Dance acro 1 the athletes will perfect skills such as a front/back walkover, and begin to learn more advanced skills such as a side aerial and back handspring. This class is vital for younger dancers as it is the foundation for all Dance acro strength needed as they progress.
This is a 60 minute class designed for dancers. In Dance acro 2 the athletes will perfect skills such as a front/back walkover, back handspring, and side aerial, and begin to learn more advanced skills such as a front/back aerial and back handspring step out. This class/skill level is where the athletes will see the most growth in their acro.
This is a 60 minute class designed for dancers. In Dance acro 3 the athletes will perfect skills such as a front/back walkover, back handspring/stepout, side aerial, and front/back aerial. This class/skill level is when the athletes are at their strongest and can begin to advance their skills to more high strength skills such as valdez, tinsica, barani, and more.
Tumbling Classes
Our recreational tumbling program is divided into levels and designed to ensure that skills in each class build off each other to ensure proper progression, technique, and safety for all cheer and tumbling students. Athletes must master all skills in each level before moving to the next.
This is a 55-minute class designed for beginner athletes. In Intro to Tumbling, athletes will build confidence while mastering foundational skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. This class is essential for developing coordination, strength, and body control needed for all future tumbling progressions.
This is a 55-minute class for athletes who have a strong foundation in basic tumbling. In Level 1 Tumbling, athletes will work on skills like backbend kickovers and unassisted handstands, while progressing toward front and back walkovers. This class helps athletes transition from fundamental movement into more structured tumbling skills.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes who can confidently perform front and back walkovers unassisted. In Intro Level 2 Tumbling, athletes will begin developing handstand blocks and work toward their first back handsprings. This class builds upper body strength and coordination to prepare for power tumbling.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes who can perform a back handspring unassisted. In Level 2 Tumbling, athletes will begin learning back handspring variations and front handsprings. This level is focused on refining technique and increasing tumbling speed and power.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes with an unassisted front handspring and back handspring. In Intro Level 3 Tumbling, athletes will work on developing front and back tucks on the trampoline. This class focuses on air awareness and flipping mechanics to prepare for floor-level tucks.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes who have an unassisted back tuck on the ground and front tuck on the trampoline. In Level 3 Tumbling, athletes will work toward connected tumbling passes such as front walkover through to back tuck and front handspring to front tuck on trampoline. This class helps athletes gain consistency in connecting flipping skills.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes who can perform connected passes like front walkover through to back tuck and front handspring front tuck on trampoline. In Intro Level 4 Tumbling, athletes will begin learning standing tumbling to tucks, standing tucks, and front handspring tucks on the floor. This level builds explosive power and control.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes who have mastered standing tucks and front handspring tucks. In Level 4 Tumbling, athletes will begin working on advanced passes such as layouts and whips. This class prepares athletes for high-level connected tumbling combinations.
This is a 60-minute class for athletes with a round-off back handspring layout and two specialty passes to layout. In Level 5 Tumbling, athletes will work on full twisting layouts and elite-level tumble passes. This class is the final stage in advanced tumbling and prepares athletes for collegiate, all-star, or competitive cheer demands.
This a 45-minute class designed to teach students how to perform back handsprings with momentum from a short run. Emphasis is placed on generating power, using proper arm swings, and maintaining body alignment throughout the skill. Students will practice drills to improve hand placement, push-off strength, and safe, controlled landings. This class is ideal for athletes ready to progress from standing skills to dynamic tumbling sequences, building both confidence and power in their back handsprings.
This a 45-minute class designed for students to focus on mastering back handsprings from a stationary position. The class develops explosive leg power, shoulder strength, and core stability while teaching proper technique for hand placement, body alignment, and controlled rotation. Students work through progressions and conditioning exercises to safely perform standing back handsprings with confidence. This class is perfect for gymnasts seeking to strengthen their foundational tumbling skills and prepare for more advanced combinations.
This focused class is designed to help athletes master the standing tuck, one of the most sought-after skills in cheerleading. Participants will learn proper technique, drills to build strength and power, and tips for perfecting form. The class is ideal for anyone working toward achieving or improving their standing tuck. Expect lots of repetition, individualized coaching, and drills to build confidence and consistency.
A class for boys who want more structured tumbling. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and foundational tumbling skills tailored for boys.
Cheer Classes
This is a great class designed specifically for beginners who want to learn the basics of sideline cheer. Athletes will build a strong foundation in cheers and chants, jump technique, and beginner-level group stunting. Perfect for those new to cheerleading, this class helps athletes gain the skills and confidence needed to lead a team from the sidelines.

A 45 minute intensive add-on class focusing on building explosive jumps, improving flexibility, and refining jump technique for all skill levels.

Summer Camps
Join us for a summer full of FUN! This camp offers full day and half day options, free play, reading, crafts, movies, weekly themes (i.e. Under The Sea, Game Day, Pirates, Beach Bash, etc), obstacle courses, relay races, etc. Bring your own water, and we will provide the snacks!
Ages 3+ (must be potty trained)

A recreational gymnastics training camp where each athlete will learn new techniques and skills on each event- vault, bars, beam and floor! It’s aimed towards beginners so anyone and everyone is welcome! By the end of the week they’ll learn the foundations of skills like cartwheels, rolls, and chin up pullovers through fun games and team exercises!
This camp is designed for dancers to learn new skills and perfect their old ones. This athletes will be divided by skill level to best suit their progression. The athletes will focus on various skills such as front/backwalkover, side/front/back aerial, backhandspring/step out, and more. There will also be time set aside each day to develop the strength needed to safely and exquisitely execute their skills.
A 4 day cheer camp that features 3 days of cheer training from our cheer staff and select guest coaches, and will end on Thursday morning with a Pep Rally for family and friends.
Athletes will get to make cheer related crafts during the day, some of which will be used at the showcase. Snacks will be provided, but please bring your own water.
Focuses on building and perfecting tumbling skills by doing drills and having experienced spotting. Along with the physical training will be mental training through our Limitbreaker Leadership Program.
